Planning Application Fees 2018
Please click here to see the updated planning application fee schedule as decided by the Government on the 20th December 2017 with a 28 day implementation date.
All applications received from 17th January 2018 and any outstanding invalid applications will be subject to the new fees.
Shotley is a growing community. There is a large number of planning applications received which the Parish Council review at the main parish meeting and provide comments to Babergh Planning Department. However, they do not have the final say on any applications.
