Shotley Gallery Photo Submission Form

To add a photo to the gallery:

• Complete the form below and press Submit - * indicates a required field
• Send the photo by email to website@shotleyparishcouncil.org.
• If more than one photo is to be submitted, please complete the form once and, when sending photos to the website editor, indicate a title for each photo
• The photo(s) will then be reviewed for addition to the gallery
