The Rose Inn
The Rose Inn, Shotley, known simply as The Rose, has been serving the community and its visitors, for more than 100 years.
This thriving pub serves food and drink at reasonable prices, the convivial company comes for free, boosted by a league and cup winning football team, champion bowls club and dashing darts side.

Overlooking the River Stour, the Bristol Arms is set on the tip of the Shotley Peninsula and is a wondeful place to watch the gorgeous sunsets, see the continental ferries and cruise ships slip harbour or just gaze at the serene scenery.
The Bristol Arms offers fresh-cooked food, lunch and evenings, great beers, wines and guest ales in a typical English pub atmosphere.
Great for an intimate chat, or a lively night out when live music or open mic night is on.
Ideally placed for lunch before or after a walk along the front where you may visit the Shotley Heritage Park or wander along to see the HMS Ganges museum and Shotley Marina.

We welcome you to The Shipwreck Pub & Restaurant, which is situated on Shotley Marina along with HMS Ganges Museum. We are situated in a beautiful and unrivalled location. An oasis of tranquillity surrounded by boats, ships, rivers and the sea.
Our lawn area, with seating for up to 200, leads directly down to the River Stour where you can while away the time watching the yachts leaving and entering our lock. There is also plenty of parking available.

Tea on the Quay
Small, bright and welcoming, this is a very pleasant place to enjoy a cup of tea and a variety of cakes and cookies. Plenty of choices for hot and cold beverages. Their good quality ice cream is made on the premises. This cafe is attached to the Bristol Arms but has a separate entrance and seating area with some seats outside for the warmer weather.
