Hello Everyone
I hope all is well!
The work needed to keep our landscape and environment in good order and full of interest is as great as ever and I hope that you will be able to spare some of your precious time to help us next week.
It would be great to see you out in the Suffolk Coast & Heaths working for the landscapes that we all enjoy so much!
Just a quick reminder that we have a Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB volunteer work party coming up on Tuesday (20th February). Details below.

This will be another great chance to get muddy managing an important pond as a landscape feature and for wildlife, so please come and join in. We will be joined by a group of volunteers who work for BT.
I also attach the ‘Point of Work’ risk assessment for the task plus relevant generic risk assessments. Please read these if you are attending.
There is very limited parking at the pond itself, so please park at Lower Holbrook Car Park - Harkstead Road, Lower Holbrook. Please note that this car park is just down the road from the pond - park in the car park, walk to the road, turn right and (with great care) walk along the road until you see the pond. |
We will also be working at Holbrook Academy on the afternoon of Wed 21st February from 2:15 pm, helping the students to finish the fence around their tree nursery.
If you would like to come along let me know and I will supply further details.
If anything is unclear do ask!
Best Wishes
Neil Lister
