Good news for internet users in Shotley Gate.
The fibre broadband cabinets that serve the premises near the Main Rd, Shotley Gate (Shotley Exchange), and Kitchener Way, (Shotley Exchange) have been upgraded.
The Better Broadband for Suffolk Programme is a pioneering project to bring better broadband to all of Suffolk, and ensure that the benefits are maximised by businesses, households and service delivery organisations.
The programme is funded by Suffolk County Council, Babergh District Council, the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), and BT.
